    It is a bust of Joe's head and you remove his sunglasses to reveal a USB connection, inside is his entire catalog in hi-rez, I believe 96/24. It will be available on his website after 4/22. He is also putting out a box set on CD.

    This strikes me as weird. Those who like Satriani will already have the catalog, and those who don't surely won't shell out the big bucks for the head.

    I'm pretty sure the point was to offer hi-rez versions in a novelty way.
