    Troy's 2000 Year End Comp

Yeah, 14 songs from the year 2000, because I only bought a few worthwhile / really interesting albums in 2009. Besides, I've always felt that reviewing 2009 in 2009 doesn't give the reviewer a chance to catch up on things they missed or really give things a chance to settle in for them. The music on my comp has had most of a decade to grow on me.

    Download it here.

Stick 'em in your player and make a playlist for them in the above order.

They are mp3s and will sound fine on most systems. If you want higher-fi, or if anything here piques your interest, go buy the albums.

    (fingers crossed this works)

I only have 1 of those albums (and I would have picked nearly every other song from it before this one ) Should be interesting at the very least!

Glad it worked. Now I hope something on it works for you and FA.

The Grandaddy, eh? I love the whole junkyard aesthetic in the lyrics with the weird mellotron/acoustic sections contrasting the hard fuzz-tone sections. The song's a total trip.

Heh. I'm not sure what it says about the comp, or myself, that the only one I have is Flutes of Chi...

No, I tapped dat...I think. I was kinda making joke anyway. Not too many people would make a decade comp anyway (I wouldn't know when to end myself). Besides, I enough of your comps to compile it myself anyhoo.
