Trans-Siberian Orchestra 3CD set plus DVD

I just received this set in the mail Friday. I think I found the new sound I was looking for.
After reading a few comments here about TSO and hearing a couple of their songs, I decided to bite the bullet and get the set. So glad that I did. I love the mix of rock & classical sound. The X-mass part is good but makes it seasonal.
Are any other groups doing this cross between classical & rock?
I have to admit though, the first time I was exposed to some of the old classical songs they re-did was when I heard them on a few Looney Tunes cartoons. (Bugs rules!)

Yes, Bugs certainly does rule. One of my favourite Bugs cartoons is the Rabbit of Seville. I just love that one!!

If you like the TSO disks I suggest that you go see them live if you have the chance. Their live show is simply magical. I've seen it twice and the only thing that kept me from going again this year was finding out about it too late and not being able to get decent seats.

I think they play in my area a little more often than in your milk & honey. Thanks, I'll try to catch them.
Have you seen their DVD? It was very enjoyable.
