    TicketsNow - A Ticketmaster Company

Does anyone know anything about TicketsNow? When I go onto Ticketmaster and try to buy tickets for a sold-out show, I get a message that I can purchase tickets from TicketsNow, A Ticketmaster Company.

TicketsNow appears to be a third party site that sells tickets for "market value". Here is what they say about their site:

TicketsNow provides secure and convenient access to event tickets that are supplied by professional resellers and fans.

Tickets are listed at market price, which is often above face value. All tickets sold through TicketsNow are 100% guaranteed.

The artist and/or venue for this event may not be affiliated with TicketsNow

Isn't this scalping? And isn't scalping tickets illegal? How can Ticketmaster own and promote this?

Sounds like someone found a loophole somewhere.
