Sleepercar

A friend of mine just sent me over to MySpace to check out this band that opened for City and Colour when she saw them in June. They're pretty good and I think might appeal to some of you. I'm not good at comparing bands to other bands so just go and listen for yourselves.

Pretty good actually. Definitely has that alt-country/indie-ish vibe with just a hint of nu-britpop. Not too polished sounding, but not rough around the edges either. The first three tracks remind me of Whiskeytown, while last sample sounds like the Kinks doing alt-country.
