    Rolling Stones 1972 Tour Documentary
It's amazing the access one has these days. After posting that I wondered if this was online...I decided to search. After.

And there it is--uploaded only a few weeks ago, too, wonder how long it'll stay up. I searched for a copy for YEARS & never saw one for less than $50.

This title is not safe for humans.

ROLLING STONES: Cocksucker Blues (1:34:57) Full Movie 1972 American Tours - YouTube

There is some pretty incredible candid/backstage stuff in this movie, and graphic sex and drug use/abuse. Just letting you know. There's a reason the Stones decided to never let this see the light of day.

On the subject of Stevie Wonder, however, there is this

and another clip that is audio-only, but sounds one heck of a lot better.

(live HQ audio 1972)STEVIE & THE ROLLING STONES - YouTube

I wouldn't necessarily have cared that this has nothing to do with Wilco or Nick Lowe, but I figured this deserved its own thread.

    Thanks, MGH.

Yes, indeedee.............June, 1972............I found it right here.

I think Bobby Keys and Nicky Hopkins could make even you sound good, MGH.

I agree with your assessment of Taylor.........."Exile" to this day is my favorite Stones album, however, could have been just the show I saw, but Stevie blew them off the stage.

Years later in 1994, I saw the Voodoo Lounge tour at which it took an additional seven musicians to make the band sound good................in fact, I've never seen Charlie Watts play as bad -- maybe it was because he was without Wyman.....but once again, the opening act (Bryan Adams) had a better night.
