There was a special edition CD/DVD release... and I am the proud owner. The CD sound quality is pretty impressive, overall. The first disc is a live rendition of "The Incident," while disc 2 is a bunch of other stuff (old and new). Pretty strong performances, all-round.

The DVD is the Incident performance only. There are some video production flaws, and the sound is stereo only... but still not half bad at all.
