Pinback's 'Summer in Abaddon is almost 10 years old and I'lll be seeing them....

...on Friday, September 12th on their '10th anniversary tour' for this stellar record. I remember Toady talking about it way back in July of 204 (he had a pre-release of the CD). Hard to believe 10 years have passed.

Well have a great time. Pinback never really did anything for me, but I know that you're a big fan and will enjoy the show.

I have tickets to see Pain of Salvation on Sept. 20. They are one of my bucketlist bands and I'm really excited about finally seeing them live. I was supposed to see them several years ago but their North American funding was pulled and they didn't make the tour.

I'm sure that you would rather spend 24 hours listening to non-stop Polka rather than sit through a 2-hour Pain of Salvation show... to each their own. :)
