    Make your own Band -
    Fun game going around the Facebook right now - don't know where it started -
    ---------------------------------------------
    Thought it was fun to see what everyone gets. 1 - Go to Wikipedia and hit Random Article (on the left). The first random article you get is the name of your band. 2 - Go to Quotationspage.com and hit Random Quotes (left). The last four or five words of the... very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. 3 - Go to flickr.com and click on "explore the last seven days...". Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover. 4 - Use Photoshop or similar (picnik.com is a free online photo editor) to put it all together. 5 - Post it.

    Nice job so far - I've yet to see one on FB or here that totally clashes. Funny how it all just comes together.

    How cool is that? My only problem is the photo on Flickr can't be copied (All Rights Reserved) but I can at least post the link;

    I have no idea how to do that. If you didn't know, I'm not one of the more tech-savvy members of RR. I just got my first touch-tone phone last month.

    I posted this game a couple of years ago. It's fun! I don't have time to do a new one while I'm at work, but here's one that I did a couple of years ago. The dragon was not in the original photo...I took some artistic license to make it more interesting.

    Looks like a typical Prog cover.

    no offense intended! my computer has a key command that will take a snapshot of the monitor and save the image. Don't recall who clued me in to it, but once learned I use it a lot.

    btw. been listening to the SS Comp this week and really enjoy it.

    control+alt+PrtSc [print screen] will do it on a Windows OS. I forget the Mac version.
