    Anton Corbijn is a terrific director and will surely do a fine job with this film, especially if the trailer is any indication of such. I am looking forward to seeing it as well.

    While he has done a few music videos,this is his first feature.It does look good however.

    Yes, but he is one of the premier music video directors, plus he has done concert films and is one of the more competent directors when working with B&W and also has a great understanding of music and how that integrates into a film. There aren't too many filmmakers that I can think of who could take this project in the direction that it needs to in order to be successful, maybe Alex Cox or Jonathan Glazer.

    I will email them and see if I can learn anything, but they have October 10th listed, which is a Wednesday and normally movies start on Fridays...

    Oct 10th is the only date that I have been able to find for the US release.
