    I do not think Tino would give SVI a second look. Tino has his charms and I wonder if he was in a boy group with Ricky Martin?

    When I was living in Michigan the state cut funding to a variety of social services including, in one case, a local sanitarium. A lot of folks were left to homeless shelters and to wander the streets. It was a very sad time, the rememberances being made that much more poignant by a few familiar faces in this rouge's gallery.
