    I saw Kelly Joe a few years back. He's a great blues/folk guitar player. But his recent albums haven't done anything for me. He was in town last Sunday and I decided to skip it. Of course, I remember how thrilled I was after seeing him the last time, so maybe he's one of those guys you just have to see live that doesn't translate well to recorded listening. The excitement is in watching him play.
