I be liking Beardfish

I got their latest, Sleeping In Traffic Pt 1, and I think they're great. Yes they're from Sweden, and yes they are an amalgam of the Swedish prog scene; they remind a lot of early '70s prog rock ala Tull, Focus, (sans flute) or Captain Beyond, with maybe a slight nod to Larks era Krimson or Atom Heart Mother/Meddle era Floyd. The vocals are pretty good as well. They get a tad spacey here and there, but I wouldn't compare them to other retro acts like Pure Reason Revolution or the like. I look forward to the next release (supposedly, Pt 2).
