I asked a friend in Prague what this was all about and he replied:

"Oh man is one czech funny singer. He is singing in czech language.
This song is after 30 years very popular in poland. Subtitles are in
polish language.

Singer name is Ivan Mladek very funny guy. Song is about monster from
swamp who is eates mostly Prague's peoples. "

No word on what is causing the guy in the black suit to squirm around so much.
