Grizzly Bear - Yellow House // opinions?

Listened to a song off someone else's MP3 player - Knife - kinda dreamscape type music using an array of instruments and sounds, not unlike Mercury Rev, but maybe leaning towards Beach Boys just a tad...some nice piano parts.

    Anyone own this one?

    I do.

One CD that's giving plenty to digest. I love the layers of acoustical instruments mixed with the electronica. Reminds me a bit of a electro-acoustic Sigur Ros -- excuse my comparison, but they are the closest RIYL I can give. I've fallen asleep - truthfully - to this one; but, when I'm wide awake there's tons to mull over. Very experimental and very fun.

My current favourite tracks are: "On A Neck, On A Spit" and "Plans".

My initial impressions... I need more time with this one.

I saw the review when it came out on AMG, but then I listened to samples. I think if I had more time with it, I'd like it, but I've got too many other things to get right now.
