Well, there's always this one: They're Coming to Take Me Away Ha Ha Hee Hee . . . You can listen to it on Real Player--look at the link they give at the bottom:

Philip Feeney's ballet score, Dracula, fits the mood.

The first 5 that came to mind for me have already been covered by nobody. So I'll just chime in with "Brother Wolf, Sister Moon" by The Cult...which I think was my contribution to an all-Halloween group comp JC put together a few years back.

Oh, and "Lullaby" by The Cure. Of course.

Just from those listed already this could result in...you guessed it, a very good comp.

Great album ANY time of the year, just flat-out brilliant. Damn masterpiece. Music like this makes me lose all hope in my musical abilities. It's just genius. I feel like I am plunking away on a generic Casio keyboard in front of J.S. Bach on organ.

Definitely agree. It might also be their best album and stand pretty much toe to toe with Pink Floyd’s Moon album.

And stop making all that noise

Ooooh now that's a statement for sure. I would certainly agree that it's one of the best concept albums that is solid from beginning to end.
