Hard to imagine that not being the case, but thanks for the results anyway. Isn't this all decided by sales ahead of time? Or do people actually vote? Or does anyone care? Guess they must if it's worth a big prime time TV extravaganza. Any standout performers or surprises?

as for any stand out performers i only saw the first hour and a bit, for those who like hip-hop Jay-z made his comeback debut (pulling a Micheal Jordan thing here), Gwen Stefani rolled out her new song and well if the actual song sounds anything like her live version, wow ill just have to suffer until becomes unpopular.

Carrie Underwood, provided a great performance, and Nelly Furtado also put on a pretty good show
