Echoes of Eternity (Kex, FP)

From a sampler FP sent the title track of Echoes of Eternity's album Forgotten Goddess kept getting stuck in my head. I haven't heard of them before that. I bought the album and love it. I thought of Kex because he also likes Symphony X and EOE is a similar Metal genre. Francine Boucher's voice is just incredible, so hypnotizing it almost puts me in a trance. EOE is very tight with excellent riffs and guitar work, including stand out acoustic work, the drummer serves up the double kick but fully utilizes his entire kit. The production and recording is top notch. I plan to explore more of their catalog, for now I give Forgotten Goddess a high recommendation.

Hmm, haven't heard these guys, but I do have some gift certificates coming in the next week or so (hopefully) :)
