Last I read both Wish You Were Here and Animals are being remixed for SACD 5.1 release by James Guthrie. I believe Wish You Were Here is scheduled for release by the end of this year. Not sure about a date for Animals.

I think there comes a time when rock stars should call it a day and retire from touring. That time has come and gone for PF.
ok, their vocals were pretty bad. Waters sounded like he was up partying the night before, and DG wasn't much better most of the time. Time to hang it up boys. Maybe a reunion like this every year or two while they can still stand erect and unassisted, but no tours please.

I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

I think he was just kind of embarassed to be running over the same old ground, like two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, with the same old fears. Hehehe, I woulda exchanged a walk on part in the war for a coupla verses of Shine On You Crazy Diamond. Preferably the parts with a lot of that liquid gold guitar playing by Gilmour. Come on ... you piper ... and shine!
