    LOL. You should do the Shatner version next time. :)

    I remember being at a Karaoke bar in a Vermont ski lodge one night. It was a very hippie affair with people sitting around on benches and tables and pillows on the floor. Basically the guy running it called out your name and a mic was handed to you wherever you were seated. Well the music started for With A Little Help From My Friends, and we're all expecting The Beatles version. But the singer started with this deep, throaty, Joe Cocker voice and the whole bar just went crazy. To this day it remains one of the best karaoke songs I've ever heard!
