Got mine, thanks! Disk 1 is fine and will spin 2 in the morning.
I totally forgot all about this but recently I have been spinning through many of ChipB's Blues Deluxe series so they came at a great time.
Thanks again, LDB.

I hadn't heard "Blue Monday", or at least the Dr.John "BM", in ages. Had me thinking about the movie "Roadhouse".
Disc 2 really came alive for me. You get Muddy, Buddy and John Lee in one place and I'm a happy camper. Good sound quality too. I haven't done a Chi-Town trip in several weeks and don't forsee it in the near future so this is a good holdover.
Thanks again

I like the "real" blues more than the sixties stuff from across the pond but unfortunately alot is poorly recorded or didn't transfer to digital well, which is surprising considering a lot sounds great on vinyl.
BTW, really digging the Mighty Sam and Albert King (the real King of the blues IMHO) discs.
