Here's the lineup for the Chicago Blues Fest.

Anyone else going? We had such a great turnout of Rave Rec'ers at the New Orleans Jazz Fest last year (cough, cough) that I just thought we could get a whole crazy gang together for this one. WHO'S WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call my bathroom Jim instead of John so I can tell people that I go to the Jim first thing every morning.

And it sucks the big one. I have a word doc with all the info if you want to see it. Ah, never mind. You're not going anyway.

P.S. I went back in and reformatted for everyone but Finch since he's not going.

The son of a friend in my racquetball league goes to school in Chicago so I asked him to get me info on the Blues Fest and to e-mail it to me. First he sent me something on the Jazz Fest in the fall, so I busted his chops about that. Then he sent me the lineup that I posted here for the Blues Fest, never paying attention to the dates.

I guess I need to get the new info, eh Chip? Does this mean you're interested in attending?

Every self-respecting Blues fan dreams of going to the Chicago Blues Fest, but alas the distance and required dinero do not align.

However, once the whole space-time continuuim thing gets sorted out, I'm hittin' Nawlins and Chicago in the same year.

I was hoping to take the family to Chicago this summer, I'll see if I can work out the dates to correspond with the fest.
