    Anyone else found that Djangos sucks?
    Or is it just a conspiracy to wreck my goal of being a happy consumer? Seems like it sometimes with these internet wheeler-dealers.

    That's too bad- I wonder what happened? Sounds like you ordered stuff that the boss wanted, so he yanked the carpet out from under you. :p

    I, on the other hand, have been ordering stuff from them over the last couple of years (maybe 25 discs or so?) and have had very good luck. Only one major glitch lately, and that's when I ordered Gov't Mule's Dose. It came with obvious scratches that anyone could have seen. I sent it back, they apologized & refunded my $$ and shipping. I ordered another, and they sent me back the same disc!

    On a separate order, I ordered GM's Deepest End, the one w/ 2 discs & the DVD (which is pretty smokin', btw). For some reason, there was a hitch, and it took a couple of weeks to get to me. Before it got to me, I complained that it hadn't shown up, and they refunded my $$ without any questions. When I finally got it (2 days after I b!tched), I told them it had finally arrived & it was ok to bill me, they just said "keep it as our gift to you." I thought that was pretty cool.

    Sorry you had a bad experience. All I can say is that they're human, and they make mistakes, as the rest of us do. Yours were fairly heinous, and I can't tell you they'll never make such blatant errors ever again, but I will continue to use them without reservations.

    Yeah, I know. I was just mildly irritated with the way they are set up so that you don't know if they really have the stuff until you place the order. I didn't realize that when I placed the order and so I wind up paying almost the same shipping and handling but just get one CD, and not even the one that prompted me to place the order. Plus I burned a first order discount coupon! Oh well, not a big deal, just felt like whining about it a little. Wish there was a way to know if they really have what they say they do before placing an order though.
