Bow Wow - Johnny "Guitar" Watson

    Platinum Underground - Vanilla Ice

Tracks like "Mecca & Ice" truly demonstrate the versatility of this enduring album as Vanilla Ice traces back his Jamaican roots. A modern-day masterpiece of musicality.

In A Metal Mood: No More Mr. Nice Guy - Pat Boone

Ever wonder who could perform songs like Smoke on the Water, Enter Sandman, Crazy Train, and Stairway to Heaven even BETTER than the original artists? Look no further than this album of unending fury and flight. In 3000 years when explorers are looking through artifacts of this time there will be several things that speak of the 21st Century...this being one of those things.

Aarons Party (Come and Get It) - Aaron Carter

Highlight of this album is the track How I Beat Shaq....here's a sample...

    Hit It!
    Aaron's in the house
    Come on
    Get up get up
    I wanna make it bounce
    Here we go
    Aaron's in the house
    Get up get up
    Aaron's in the house

    Yo guys, check it out
    Guess what happened to me
(Another crazy story, come on AC)
I was hanging at the court
    Just playing some ball
    Working on my game
    (Yeah, we heard it all)
    I heard the fans screaming
I thought it was for me

But then I saw a shadow
    It was 12 foot 3
    It was Shaquile O'Neal
    (What? What did he say?)
(How 'bout some one-on-one, do you wanna play?)
I told him why not, I got some time
But when I beat you real bad
    Try not to cry

(Please Aaron, are you for real?)
    (One-on-one with Shaquile O'Neal?)
Yeah, 34 Centre from the L.A. Lakers
    (You must've been nervous)
I knew I could take him
Stared' at Shaq, psyche him out
I said O'Neal, you're in my house now
Start the game the whistle blows
Pay attention close 'cause the story goes...

If you thought Bohemian Rhaspody was ingenius use of lyrics, it ain't got nothing on this masterpiece.

Makes me wonder what kind of life PS had before these! ;)

I know I'm scatterbrained, but I can't even name one album/artist that can hold a candle to these gems.

    5 life changing record albums...
    ...5...life...changing...record...albums...albums. ..changing...record...5...life...albums...changing ...life...

Nope, I'm sorry...I can't conceive of one...much less five record albums that changed my life in any significant way...or in any insignificant way...I mean the first time I heard The Great Gates of Kiev from Mussorgsky's Pictures At An Exhibition, which was on a freebie Mercury compilation disk, I realized there was more to classical music than The 1812 Overture and Rossini's Hi-yo Silver. That along with discovering Frank Zappa may have affected my taste in music and buying habits to some degree but, life changing?

Births, deaths, marriages, new jobs, house buying, sickness...these are what I would call life changing things...

Yellow snow? Where would that come from? Why wouldn't we want to eat it? Is there something wrong with it?

Dang, my new meter just melted.

Well, if it snowed here in Texas, and I owned a dog I could send you a sample packed in dry ice, but you're outta luck on both counts. ;)

Sounds like a great drink to slurp down while listening to my favorite poem. "Owed to a small green lump of putty I found in my armpit one mid-summer's morning"
