Bruce Springsteen - Moncton, NB Canada

Hey Ar.Com, know I haven't been around much lately, but just wanted to send a note live from the middle of this show... I can't name 3 songs by this guy but it is easily one of the top 5 live shows I've ever seen.

If you get a chance to see him, don't hesitate.

I can name 3 or 4 and I still don't like him. If that's one of your top five shows you need to get out more. He has one of those voices that gets on my last nerve.

I'm glad that you're having a good time though.

I've been a fan since before he was famous. Seen them 4 times, and would gladly see them again. One of the most dynamic performers in rock history, and one of the tightest live bands ever.

Brucie in town. Glad I'm home.

Brucie is in Philly tonight. You can gladly have my ticket Mr MidFi. My buddy just texted me from the concert and said "Mr Springsteen is tearing it up." We drove by the stadium around 5:30 on our way home and I thought I heard a goose honking and I realized it was Brucie warming up his voice.

Maybe you were passing by the Zoo

Bruce might have lost his voice over the years, but he probably had one of best "rock" voice in 70 and 80's. It had a rough edge, but suited for the materials he was writing.

When his '78 album Darkness on the Edge of Town came out, everybody looked at album cover and said how can this skinny guy have such a full voice.

If you like that style of "rock". It just never did anything for me. I like a nice smooth voice. Too many of his songs got overplayed on the radio also. That doesn't make me want to hear it, it makes me want to change the station.

Gladden's my heart to know I'm not the only one who can't stomach Bruce's voice, I'm faster than Bruce Lee getting to the radio dial when his songs come on the radio.

I'm completely bewildered about his massive appeal, and I'm from New Jersey.
