FINALLY! - new categories

Finally, I am starting to get some much needed categories add to the site, starting with tonearms and cartridges. Power Conditioners should be up next week.

I'm starting from scratch with getting products in there, so there are no cartridges up yet and just a few tonearms. Let me know what i should add in terms of new categories and/or products for the categories.
