JBL 220 Reference IEM's the same as the AKG K324P IEM?

Does anybody have these IEM's? Is this true? I heard Harman Kardon owns these 2 companies...What do they sound like?

For their size, and the price I paid, $12!! I would go so far as to say I could use them for mixing/mastering in emergencies...A bit scratchy and lively in the 3-6Khz range, but I can forgive all this as they are about the size of garden peas :)

They are a perfect travel companion and have never let me down :)
