    To my fellow Canadians...

I wish you all a happy and healthy Thanksgiving weekend. Enjoy all that you have to be thankful for and don't eat too much!

Well, to be honest I am a day early. I took tomorrow off work and was thinking that it was Friday when I posted this. Our Thanksgiving is actually on Monday.

Absolutely, you can celebrate. We also celebrate the US Thanksgiving in our house. We go to my Mother-in-law's house for the CDN Thanksgiving (will be heading over there later today), but I love to cook and entertain, so we we make our own TG dinner for our friends on the Saturday after the US day. It's become an annual tradition.

Holy snappin'!! I forgot all about Columbus Day. Enjoy the day, State-siders.

(Is it a holiday in Mexico? BTW, Columbus didn't discover America. Suck it up, Italian-Americans. )

As a moderator, I would ask you to watch your tone. Just because you don't eat baby doesn't mean you can throw around innuendo's about the people who do. What's next Terrence? Curry jokes? Pffffft....
