Will AI reshape how future careers are built in tech?

I’ve been thinking about how fast technology is changing and how that affects our jobs. Recently, my friend who works in a small startup said that more and more tasks are being automated, even things like writing reports or analyzing data. It made me wonder, if companies continue to rely heavily on AI, what happens to people who are just entering the tech field? Will they have enough opportunities to grow or will everything be dominated by automation? It’s kind of exciting but also a bit confusing to figure out where to focus learning.

That’s actually a really good question. The way I see it, new technologies don’t necessarily erase jobs but they definitely change them. I was reading about this and found a useful page that lists different directions where people can move if they want to stay relevant in the tech world — here’s the link https://www.devheaven.io/positions/ai-engineers. It gives a good idea of how skills are shifting and where the demand is growing. Personally, I believe focusing on creativity, problem-solving, and combining tech with human intuition will always keep someone ahead of the curve. I’ve seen colleagues who adapted fast and now they are doing better than ever.

Interesting thoughts here. I don’t actually work in tech, but I find it fascinating how every industry seems to be changing quickly. Even in areas like marketing or healthcare, AI tools are popping up everywhere and people are learning to use them instead of resisting. I guess the key is to treat technology as a tool rather than competition. The transition period might be tough, but in the long run, it usually opens new doors that didn’t exist before.
