Has Larry King sold out?

I have always respected Larry King. From his midnight AM radio talk show Coast-to-Coast to his Cnn's TV show Larry King Live, he was a very well respected journalist and interviewer.

But unlike other retired news celerbities that may still be active in their field to lesser degree, Larry King has chosen to go opposite and have started endorsing products in infomercials.

In his half hour informercial titled "Larry King Special Report", he is endorcing a drug called Omega X which is basically a fish oil. Larry call it a miracle drug and goes on for half hour interviewing and promoting this drug.

Celebrities endorsing products is one thing, but such a respected news man going that route IMO is a complete sell out and a thorn in that profession.
