Hey JSE my problem is fixed I tried what

you suggested and went to that site and asked for help. The first responce was too involved for me but I checked today and recieved a simple sullution. I will put the answer down below just in case someone else is having the same problem.

Problem was I couldn't change font sizes in Outlook Express. I could change the number to the size font I wanted but when I started typing it would change back.

Answer is.....
Close Outlook Express and open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools then Internet Options and click on the General tab. At the bottom right of the window click on Accessibility. Then you want to make sure "ignore font sizes specified on web pages" is NOT checked and then click OK.

This should let you choose font sizes in OE again, but will prevent
changing the font size when looking at Web Pages.
