That's bad. But we still have Tanya Harding, I wonder which group they would place her?

I could imagine a member of AR competing, someone who knows his way around the ice, dancing with a beautiful figure skater.

I'm still waiting for full-contact golf, but until then, I guess this should be entertaining enough.

So week one is over and I have to admit it was fun to watch. None of these guys are graceful by any means but you have to give them credit for trying. There's something hilarious and touching about watching these guys fumble around the ice doing dance moves. Although, in some cases its nothing more than providing the brawn for the ladies to work off of.

Good-bye to Bob Probert and Kristina Lenko this week. Bob looked like a bit like a bull in a china shop. I've attached the video, but you only really need to watch it from about the 1:40 mark to about 3:20 if you only want to watch them skate.

Oh, I should mention that the whole show is for charity. Each couple gets $25,000 for their charity just for participating and the winner's charity gets $100,000.

People pay to watch this? Why not make a donation and save your eyes the agony?

No. Nobody is paying to watch it. I guess the sponsors are coughing up the cash. I don't really know where the money is coming from.

It's actually kind of fun to watch. The players know that they suck and it's all done tongue in cheek. But it will be interesting to see if it actually lasts the full 6 or 7 weeks that it's supposed to air.
