Prime takes a long time to connect and then I only get a minute or two of the video and then get the spinning wheel. When I try to download the content it start reloading again and again.
For fixing this issue I contact levi working at amazon prime video 800 number. Suggested to power cycle my devices. After power cycling my device the problem is resoled and now it is working fine without any issue.
