I don’t know what order the list is working on the Oscars site, but it may be a little mistake in the above I see that poor ole Kevin O’Connell as been bumped off bastard academy and that Dream Girls has taken best sound mixing for MICHAEL MINKLER again, ok so he’s got talent I fought Black Hawk Down sounded great and Chicago was ok, but come on poor ole Kevin O’Connell been snuffed by that snobby academy for the 18th time!

    Letters From Iwo Jima
Alan Robert Murray and Bub Asman

Well I guess that’s I don’t care for the rest of awards now, but I like to thank the academy for snuffing off poor ole Kevin O’Connell for Apocalypto.

I hope The Departed doesn't get anything!
I fell for all the hype, and the movie was a very big disappointment, especially considering all the big names playing in it.

I agree with you. I heard that it was a remake and that it spawned some three sequels. I don’t think I’ll be buying Dreamgirls, Letters From Iwo Jima for its sound effects editing. But that’s it for this year better luck next time Kevin.

    LMS should have won

Little Miss Sunshine was the best of the bunch. A bit weird but a bit real as well. Most of my co-workers found some uncomfortably familiar family life situations in the movie.
