Need some help with Outlook Express

In outlook express when I go to new mail and start to write I can no longer change the font size. The font name and size shows up and I can change it from 12 to 24 and the number appears and the cursor gets bigger but when I start to type it changes itself back to the 12 size font. All other buttons on that toolbar work even changing the style of the font. I need some help..... Yes I'm on Rich Text (HTML)

Don't know what to tell you. I tried figuring it out on my Outlook and no luck. Try this link. It's a newsgroup for windows that may be of some help. Post your question there and you should get some help. It's also free. I have posted there before with good results. The link is for the Outlook newsgroup. Sorry I could not help.
