    My Client’s Website Crashed—Time for a VPS!

I manage websites for a few clients, and one of them had their site crash during a promo campaign because their hosting couldn't handle the traffic spike. Not a great look for me as their developer! I’m thinking of moving them to a VPS to avoid this happening again. Can you recommend a reliable VPS provider that offers good uptime and support?

Oh man, that’s the *worst*—nothing like a site crashing mid-campaign to make you question all your life choices, right? Been there, done that, got the stress-induced gray hairs to prove it. A while back, I had a client running a Black Friday sale, and their shared hosting just noped out halfway through the day. Cue the frantic emails and me Googling “how to explain hosting crashes to non-tech people without sounding like a clown.” Not my finest hour.
After that disaster, I switched them to VPS Hosting , and it’s been a total lifesaver. Their uptime is rock-solid—like, I haven’t had to nervously refresh the status page every five minutes during peak traffic. Plus, their support team actually knows what they’re doing (shocking, I know). If you’re looking for something reliable that won’t leave you hanging, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.
Funny thing, though—after the switch, my client was so impressed with the site’s performance that they started bragging about it to their competitors. Like, full-on flexing about their “premium hosting setup.” I didn’t have the heart to tell them it was just a good VPS and not some magical enterprise-grade solution. But hey, if it makes me look good, I’ll take it. Anyway, hope this helps you avoid any future hosting meltdowns!
