It's a different game if Colt McCoy did not get injured! Hat's off to the Tide though!

The big game
Yep...It's all about championships. College football has a great tradition with the rankings and bowl games, but finishing the year as top dog is what sports is all about about. That's why, despite their previous failures against the Eagles, the 5-time champion Cowboys have nothing to hang their heads about. Eagles fans might want to take a lesson from their Pennsylvania brethren 300 milles westward and get back to us when they win a Super Bowl.
That was just priceless. If you suggested that BEFORE they actually did it folks would accuse you of Redneck Bashin'. Can't accuse you now.... Life IS stranger than fiction!

Geez! Why isn't my local Wal-Mart gettin' it? I was hoping it was a state-wide tour.
I'm sure the "sponsorship deal" was worth the Bubba rep earned by this.
I haven't posted a word about college football this year. No one started a thread because USC lost right out of the gate. Anyhow, my son is a senior at U of A and a member of the Million Dollar Band. I saw him on tv during the championship game. I must say I have an emotional investment in this year's championship team.

That was under a deal with DR. Pepper, and the it was displayed with a bunch of their product stacked in the background.
If Harvard had won the same thing would have happened.
THATS COOL, AFTER ALL THEY PROBABLY PAID FOR THE THING...
And the Texas QB was "hurt"?
HE WAS SCARED he would get hurt and ruin that NFL free ride before he could sign.
Our HEISMAN winner was out a couple of quaters also you know:1:
