How to delete and change sn

I don't know if this is the right place but I need to delete this account and use my Dustin_Broke account since my Dustin account has my current e-mail address and I can't use that on my current account since it says it's already in use if I try to change it to it. Also my other screen names are Dustin_Broke. If someone can somehow make my Dustin account work and delete this one that would be great.

Basicly it seems like on any forums if you make an account and use a e-mail address you cant use the same e-mail address on a new account.

Dustin Broke is now free and Joe Carr is behind bars.
