Recently I purchased amazon prime video. I was using it on my mobile devices and laptop. I tried activating prime video on my smart tv. After activating I was able to play prime videos without any issues. After 2 or 3 days I got error 1060 whenever I tried to play any content on my prime video over my smart tv. I chat with an expert at primevideo.com/help or amazon.com/videohelp he suggested to restart my router and my tv. I did the same and fortunately the problem is resolved for now.
