Help

This is a Windows XP question...I think. Whenever I move my mouse i get a windows popup rectangle that list Yahoo, Kensington (they manfucatured my wireless mouse, Cnet, and MapQuest. It is getting to the point that it is overlaying selections I would like to select and diverts me to their websites. What is going on. I am using a Toshiba laptop computer, but this is getting ridiculuous. Anyone else have this problem and how do I correct it?

I should say I have popups disabled on Internet Explorer.

Help...this is driving me nuts.
