Hello Mike, welcome to the forums. I hope you'll find this to be a knowledgeable group of folks, willing to share of their experience and of themselves...

...of course many of us are fairly silly as well.

    Peace

Good catch Bert. I am always suspicious when they say Hi without any questions and they have no profile. Maybe he just wants to join as many online sites as possible.

I thought I was pretty well schooled about spammer tactics, but I guess we never stop learning something new, huh? I wonder what his point was???

    the point of spammers?

annoying people, or making you buy 'suspicious things'

they're like little internet bully's, only you can press the delete button here and they're gone for a while :)

    Keep them spinning,
    Bert.

Thanks. I understand the selling aspect of spammers, but in this case he wasn't trying to sell or promote anything. Just seems like a waste of everyone's time (his and ours) to me.
