For me, an afternoon with friends...ribs slo and low, homemade guac, seafood ceviche, homemade potato salad with smoked paprika, roasted veggies and asparagus gazpacho...

That menu sounds incredible. I would love to try the asparagus gazpacho. I would have you send me some but it would probably arrive cold. ;-)
