Wifey and I are taking a trial run today to the INS. Next week she goes down to start citezenship testing. I think just figerprints again this time. So I won't be around most of the day.

Thanks again everyone. It's a very happy day for us.

    OOOOOhhhhhh...THAT TEST! :D

Phew....You ma dawg and all that, but given your unrivalved sense of R-rated humor and strong Y-chromosome, I wasn't sure where exactly in the blue hell you wanted this thread to go.

    Sorry dude! My misunderstanding...:mad2:

And congrats on the other joyful news! Wow that's something. If you need help with names, you can never go wrong with Lex or Hershon....

Congratulations GM! That's great news. All my best you and your lovely wife. :)

I'll bet that you can't wait to hear how Baby Einstein sounds on your system! And just imagine the Teletubbies in that beautiful new home theatre.

Congrats, my friend! Awesome news and I'm sure you'll enjoy fatherhood as much as the rest of us. You might want to get any upgrades done this Christmas tho, you'll be thoroughly apalled at how much diapers and formula costs!

Go rent Bill Cosby: Himself right now. He talks a lot about raising his kids and while you'll laugh your buns off, realize he's speaking the truth!

Childproofing is for sissies. I have 3. Aside from putting away chemicals, we didn't take a damn thing off tables, or anything. You have to train them to leave things alone. We never had an issue going to friends house, and it killed us when friends would come over and move stuff up high so their children wouldn't "wreck them".

Teach them early GM, and you will reap a lifetime of benefits!

But, now go the parties at GM. First year, he will be begging for sleep!

Just what the world needs....Another green, bug-eyed mugwump! Oh! (Ahem!) Congratulations, old man! I'll have a pint and stogie in yer honor at the local. Hope all goes well!

You know, as far as childproofing goes, all you have to do is strip a little speaker wire. Junior chops down on it...Zap!
    "That's why yer grounded, son...."

I know I woulda been a good dad.

Congrats G., given your temperament I've no doubt that you'll make an excellent teacher and dad. Who here doesn't think that G will be the "cool dad" in the neighborhood.

I raise my glass to you, sir...and the fact that it's you and not me.
