You missed the point entirely. Kerry's position is clearly two-sided depending on who we're talking about. Iraq, no unilateral action; Haiti, who gives a damned, send the troops. Further, he wanted to continue with inspections in Iraq, while refusing to support a panel to look into the government of Aristide which was widely suspected of being corrupt.
To me, this is about as two-faced as you can get.
