    Your Christmas Wish List

What are you hoping to find under the tree this year?

...and I use "under the tree" in a purely symbolic way. We, for one, will not have a tree this year. So, as an aside to this post...for those who have trees, feel free to post pictures so that I may enjoy them vicariously.

I might when the tree is done. We bought it yesterday

My wish list isn't very interesting. I asked for a couple books on speaker building, and 2001: A space odyssey (the book).
I just recenlty received a turntable so Im hoping to grow a vinyl collection. My requests were mostly Radiohead albums.
There are three Calvin & Hobbes comic books I need to complete my collection, they're also on my list, aswell as a couple Dragon Ball books.
Finally seasons 1 & 4 of a French comic TV series called Kaamelott, which revolves around the legend of King Arthur and his knights. It's very French and helarious.

I think i also put clothing on my list.
    That's about it

I guess so, GM, with that delightful daughter of yours. Merry Christmas to her, your wife, and yourself.

Here's a pic of my place at the moment. Not fully decorated. The tree has lights but no ornaments -- those will gone on Wednesday when my son and his wife have arrived.

(Note that the Maggies are pushed back much closer to the wall than they normally to make room for the tree and people. The baffles I use ensure clear sound and good images but I loose some soundstage with this configuration.)

    Thank you. You too.

Nice room. Love the decorative carpet on the wall. Bet it helps with reflections.

That would make sense. Thanks for clearing that up.

Yes it does, thank you. Of course if someone has trouble remembering the letter for my apartment the F becomes something else. Much like when I lived in apartment C.
