We once sold a hard drive to a customer. He later called back and said that the drive we sent was defective. He didn't want a replacement from us, stating that we were jerks or something to that effect. We checked the drive and found that it was his old unit filled with personal information. We called him back and he did pay for the drive we sent.

Oh geez! When I visited this site Friday (i think friday, I followed a link from cruel.com) the site only had around ten-thousand hits. He had just received a call from the Sun for an interview and there were only about 180 comments. Holy moly look what it turned into. In just a few days that hit counter is 2 million and climbing.
