    Smile Best midnight snack

In your opinion what is the best midnight snack that is created. Something light, and yet filling.

In my book that would be Peanutbutter & jelly on a toasted hard bread with a tall glass of ice cold water. My mouth already watering

If I am up that late I must have the next day off. If I have the next day off the only thing I am consuming at midnight is a glass of wine.

I usually grab junk food as a midnight snack but only on weekends. Usually it's White Castle. They're so delicious.

Side note: Does peanut butter need to be refrigerated after opening?
