    Cool ultraviolet

    This is the name of a new service (or rather standard) that is being backed by a
    group of tech companies and studios.
    Basically you would have a "digital locker" that would be cross format, in other words
    you would have tokens for movies that you purchase, and you could download them to any device you want, as opposed to APPLE, which ties you into a few devices.
    The idea is to spur growth of movies by removing concerns about having the right machine to play them on.
    THE first step to storing your movies online, which is gonna happen sooner or later.

    Old news that has already been mentioned. The only gave DECE a official name, that is all.
