    Cool Panasonic Cutting 15,000 Jobs

    The bigger they are the harder they fall.
    Panasonic, one of the largest if not the largest consumer electronics companies,
    is shutting down27 plants and laying off 15,000 employees worldwide.
    Its forecast through MARCH is a loss of 4.2 Billion (with a B) dollars.
    Slumping sales, especially in flat panel TV sets, was cited for the layoffs.
