%@#$-ing Bose!!! Who the hell are they kidding..Do they really think they can take on Yamaha and Pioneer with lawsuits, too...Especially Yamaha, that is one huge-ass daddy of a company...why not go pick a fight with GM while you're at it...oh wait, do Pontiacs still have Bose speakers?

Sooner or later this strategy of suing everyone that breathes in their general direction is going to come back and bite them in the ass. Rediculous!!! Maybe if they invested some of that effort into product performance and worried less about "Lifestyles" (don't sue me for infringement) they wouldn't have to resort to cheap tactics like this.

"Electronic Lifestyles" will lead to confusion with "Lifestyles." Not if anyone listens to the speakers Bose makes. That comparison is best made to junk.

The problem is that they think that because they have the trademark for "Lifestyles XXX" product it lets them stop anyone who also uses the word lifestyles. Monster Cable is even worse; they have sued small businesses that are selling a totally different product because they used the word "monster" in the product name.
